Mr. Kintigh is an associate with the firm. His practice focuses on the defense of health care institutions and professionals against medical malpractice claims, the defense of employers and insurers before the Maryland Workers’ Compensation Commission, as well as general liability defense. Before joining the firm, Mr. Kintigh served as law clerk to the Honorable George L. Russell, III, of the Circuit Court for Baltimore City.

Mr. Kintigh is a graduate of the University of Maryland Baltimore County (B.A. 2007; cum laude) and the University of Baltimore School of Law (J.D. 2010; magna cum laude). During law school, Mr. Kintigh served as an Associate Editor of the University of Baltimore Law Forum and as a Research Assistant to Professor Angela Vallario. Mr. Kintigh is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association, Baltimore County Bar Association, and American Bar Association.

Mr. Kintigh joined the firm in 2011 and is admitted to practice in Maryland.
